This is the last week to order name badges for $5 that you can use at all club events and where ever else you may need a name badge. Pre-printed paper name badges will no longer be provided at club events. We will provide some paper name badges and Sharpies for you to create a paper name badge at future club events. So avoid having to make your own name badge each time and order yourself a reusable name badge now.
Please print out the order form (below) or pick one up at one of our weekly dance classes and submit with your payment to Rock and Roll club mailbox at Anthem Center. We will also have name badge order forms at the Saturday, May 4 Club Fair in Anthem Center's Ballroom (9am - Noon).
